"The paper quality was a letdown"
I had high hopes when my order arrived, but the moment I picked up the paper, the disappointment hit. It felt really thin and kind of cheap, definitely not what I was expecting. Once I saw the prints, it got worse, the colors looked dull and flat, like all the life had been drained out of them. I hate to say it, but I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

There are a lot of ways to customize everything, which is nice, but it took me a minute to figure it all out. Kind of annoying at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy overall.

I ordered some prints kind of last minute because, i kept putting it off like I always do. I figured I’d be waiting a while, but they showed up really quickly with no delays or weird shipping issues. Definitely a relief, and I’m happy with how smooth it all was.

"Colors were way off"
I ordered some prints from 55printing, and my gut was right as soon as I opened the package, the colors just looked off. The blue in my file came out looking more purple, and the skin tones were dull.
I totally get that colors can shift a bit from screen to print, but this was way beyond what I’d consider normal. I sent print-ready artwork, so I expected it to be close enough to actually use.
In the end, I had to trust my instincts and reorder the prints somewhere else. It cost me extra time and money, and I was really disappointed. I wouldn’t use them again for anything where color accuracy matters.

"Good turnaround, with a small delay"
I ordered a batch of flyers from 55printing and overall had a good experience. Uploading the file was simple, and it seemed like they got the order into production quickly without much back and forth.
The flyers showed up about a day later than I was expecting, but it wasn’t a big deal and the print quality looked good. If you’re planning something for your business, event, or local group, I’d say they’re worth using, just give yourself a little buffer if you’re on a tight deadline.

I’ll be honest, I assumed the reprint policy would be a little more flexible, but it really didn’t feel that way. It came across as unfair and not very customer-friendly. Maybe I expected too much, but the whole thing left me frustrated.

I went on 55printing.com for what I thought would be a basic print order, and the price ended up feeling a lot higher than I was expecting. Just from the way the checkout was adding things up, I got the impression it was probably aimed more at people with bigger budgets or larger orders. By the time I saw the final total, I kind of talked myself out of it. It might make sense for someone else, but for me it just felt too expensive.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and as far as I can tell, the prints have come out looking the same each time. The colors seem to stay consistent from one order to the next, which is nice.

"Ordering prints was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I was just trying to order some prints, but the website made it way harder than I expected. A few pages loaded slowly, and it felt like I had to click around forever just to find the options I wanted. Checkout was confusing too. I also got the vibe that the site was kind of talking down to me in places, like I was the problem for not figuring it out faster. I did eventually place the order, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

They did get back to me, which I appreciated!! The replies were helpful enough, but there were a few times when it took longer than I expected. Overall, not bad, just not the fastest communication.

I ordered some flyers and was pleased with how they turned out. The edges were cut neatly, the finish looked clean, and the coating had a nice feel to it. I did notice a tiny mark on one corner, but it wasn’t enough to be a real issue. Since the overall quality was solid, I’d probably use them again rather than risk wasting money on a different printer that might not do as good a job.

"Tracking felt really off"
I don’t know, the whole tracking thing just felt frustrating. It looked like my package was sitting in one place forever, and there were barely any real updates. Just not a great experience.

"Design tool was frustrating"
The prints turned out fine in the end, but the design tool was a pain to use. It kept lagging and shifting my text around every time I tried to make edits, so what should’ve been quick took way longer than expected. When I asked about it, it felt like I just got the usual policy-type explanation instead of any real help, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, but the tool definitely needs some work.

I was able to find a coupon quickly, and the whole process felt straightforward. It’s always nice when a site makes it easy to save a little without having to dig around too much

I tried uploading my print file about five times and the site either froze or told me the file was wrong without really explaining why. The same PDF uploaded fine on other sites, so it started to feel like I was begging the system to just let me place an order. I ended up wasting way too much time on something that should’ve been simple, and by the end I was annoyed and resentful about the whole experience.

My order showed up way later than expected again, and nobody bothered to let me know what was going on!!! Super frustrating when you’re just sitting around waiting!!!

I was ready to check out and then suddenly a bunch of extra fees showed up at the end?? It felt kind of sneaky because I didn’t see them earlier, and by that point I was already expecting a different total

It’s not a bad selection overall, and to be fair, there were a few solid options to choose from. I just felt like it could use a little more variety. If they added a few more choices, I think it would make the experience a lot better

I ordered from 55printing.com and everything came exactly how I requested it. The sizes, colors, and quantity were all right, with no mix-ups at all. I’ve had other printing companies mess up small details before, so it was a relief to open the package and see everything matched. Happy with the experience overall.

I really liked the product overall and was excited when my order arrived. Unfortunately, my first one had a print mistake, which was a bit frustrating and it took a few days to get everything sorted. That said, support did reply and arranged a reprint, and in the end it was fixed fine...
